Welcome to DuBose Paper LLC. By accessing and using our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • By using this website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our website or purchasing goods.

PRODUCTS

  • DuBose Paper LLC offers a wide range of party and wedding invitations, stationery, and custom paper goods. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at our discretion without notice.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • All prices displayed on the website are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though prices will remain the same for any order that has already been processed.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND PROOFS

  • DuBose Paper agrees to provide the Client with up to two (2) proofs of the digital design. Each proof will reflect the agreed-upon specifications and feedback provided by the Client. Additional revisions beyond the initial two proofs are subject to an additional fee per proof.

  • Please note that images and colors displayed on-screen may vary from monitor to monitor and what is shown may not be an exact representation of what will be printed. 

  • It is the client's responsibility to thoroughly review all proofs provided by DuBose Paper LLC. Any modifications or corrections requested by the client must be clearly communicated in writing.

  • Once proof is approved by the client, any errors or mistakes identified thereafter are the sole responsibility of the client, and the client shall be responsible for any reprinting costs incurred.

  • DuBose Paper LLC will provide up to two (2) complimentary proofs. Any proofs in addition to this will incur a fee of $15 per additional proof. For items without a complimentary proof or when a client chooses to forego a proof, the client assumes responsibility for any errors selected or typed out on the personalization form or in written correspondence.

  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all required details are provided promptly to avoid delays in the proofing process.

  • For custom orders, we require customers to provide accurate information and details (e.g., names, dates, designs).

  • Once you approve the final proof (either digitally or in physical form), no changes can be made to the design or order.

  • We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the final product that were approved by the customer.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, and the order will be sent into production.

  • The day an order is approved does not count as a production day. Due to the nature of personalization, unforeseen delays may occur. Should a delay occur, you will be notified, and our team will do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order.

  • Depending on the order, custom orders may take anywhere from 5 business days to 6 weeks. Please allow at least 6 weeks for designing for wedding suites.

  • We will notify you via email if there are any delays in processing your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Ground, USPS Priority, or FedEx unless specified otherwise. DuBose Paper is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery. Shipping times vary based on the destination.

  • Once shipped, DuBose Paper relinquishes control over shipping details beyond the tracking number provided. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • In case of a valid return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All designs, logos, and content on the website are the property of DuBose Paper LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not use or reproduce any part of the website or its content without express written permission from DuBose Paper LLC.

PRIVACY

  • We respect the privacy of our clients and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information, as well as your rights regarding the use of images of products we create for clients.

  • Information We Collect: We collect various types of information in the course of providing our services, including but not limited to: Personal Information: Name, contact information (email, phone number), billing information, etc.; and Content and Media: Images, designs, product details, or other media related to your projects or business.

  • Use of Information: We use your information to provide, manage, and improve our services, including fulfilling orders, communicating with clients, and ensuring product quality. We also use your data for administrative purposes and to comply with legal obligations.

  • Images and Media: As part of the services we provide, we may create images of products or services for our clients. These images may contain legitimate details and information related to you, including but not limited to logos, product designs, addresses, and other proprietary elements. By engaging with us and requesting services, you agree that we may use images and media of products we've created for you for promotional purposes. This includes using such images in our portfolio, on our website, social media platforms, or in marketing materials. We will not use sensitive or proprietary information in a manner that could violate confidentiality agreements or harm your reputation.

  • Sharing of Information: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business and providing our services, such as payment processors, IT providers, or legal advisors.

  • Client Consent: By agreeing to work with us, you acknowledge and consent to our use of images created as part of the products or services we provide. You also grant us permission to display these images, including legitimate details and information, for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.
